Ideal for keeping out larger birds such as pigeons, magpies, crows and pheasants (as well as cats), so that your smaller birds can get a look-in. The gaps in the mesh are large enough to allow blackbirds in, but please note some juvenile squirrels may be able to squeeze through as well (if you want to exclude squirrels as well, please see our small mesh version of this ground guard).

Simply place the guard over your ground feeding table, or just use it to cover a patch of ground on which you want to feed the birds. 

The top of the guard opens to allow access for feeder re-filling. Made from powder-coated mild steel.

Supplied with four metal anchor pegs, plus plastic clips for easy assembly. Doesn't include the feeder table shown in the picture.
