By using this website and ordering any products from us, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. 

1) Product pricing, availability and ordering

Accuracy of our information – whilst we try our best to ensure the information we display on our website and elsewhere is correct and current, inevitably there may be occasions when errors do occur. Therefore we can't provide a guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any of the information on this website including pricing.

Item not in stock - in the unlikely event your ordered item is not in stock,  it would generally mean a delay of just a few working days.  However, we will let you know by e-mail as soon as possible before we progress your order, to allow you to amend your order if you'd rather not wait.   

Incorrect price shown – in the unlikely event that we have stated a price incorrectly, the following will apply:  a) if the advertised price, at the time of your order, is higher than the correct price (i.e. you've been over-charged) then we will obviously charge you the lower of the two amounts. b) if the product's correct price is higher than the price advertised at the time of your order (i.e. you've been under-charged), we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If the advertised price is clearly and unmistakably erroneous (for example by comparing it to other similar goods), we reserve the right to retrospectively cancel the order, request the return of the item(s) and refund you any sums you have paid (including delivery costs).

All weights, volumes  and dimensions are approximate

VAT – all prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable 

All orders must be paid for in full before we deliver them to you.

All payments via credit/debit cards are subject to authorisation and validation checks by the card issuer.  If the card issuer refuses payment then we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery which results.

Payments by cheque – we accept payment by cheque (see our 'How to Order' section), but please note we will wait for the cheque to clear before dispatching your order.

5) Cookies

Along with the majority of other websites, ours uses cookies when you enter our site.
